Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. We make a sincere attempt to see every client and patient on time. For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. Please contact our office to learn more about our drop off exam policy. We make every effort to make our clients and patients feel comfortable during visits. Because some pets may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets, and for the safety of everyone, we ask you to please restrain your pet on a leash or in a carrier before entering the waiting room. Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks. Prescription PolicyPlease call us at least 24 hours in advance for a prescription refill. This will eliminate unnecessary wait time for you. Pets must have been examined by one of our doctors within the past year to be able to receive prescription medications.
