Our COVID-19 Protocol
How we are continuing to provide essential care to your pets, while protecting the health and safety of our community and staff.
At this time, we are continuing to minimize person-to-person interactions. To do this, we are providing curbside services and accomplishing as much as possible over the telephone.
What does curbside service mean?
When you arrive at the hospital, please park in a numbered parking spot and call us at our main number. We will gather a more detailed history from you over the telephone and then a technician will come out to your car to collect your pet.
Please make sure all cats are in carriers. If you need to borrow one, let us know over the phone and we will bring one out to your car.
Please make sure all dogs are on leash.
When are we open?
We are open our normal business hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm. Our after-hours emergency service is also operating as normal and we can still be reached at (509) 493-3908.
What kind of appointments are we scheduling?
We are currently scheduling all types of appointments. We will be doing curbside service for appointments for the foreseeable future, unless otherwise discussed with us in advance.
Do you need to refill a Rx or pick up food?
You have 2 options:
Option 1 Take advantage of our curbside service!
Place your order over the phone and we will arrange payment and pickup. We are still carrying the same level of stock. If you are interested in stocking up on an item, especially food, call in advance and we will place a special order.
Option 2 Use our online pharmacy or Hills-To-Home websites to have products shipped directly to you.
Here you will find prescription and OTC products. As with all online pharmacies, we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If you are having any difficulties with an order, give us a call at the hospital and we'll help keep the process moving smoothly for you.
On this website you can order Rx and regular Hills Science Diet foods. To setup an account, scan the below QR code and it will initiate your registration. You will get free 2-3 day shipping with no minimum order and a 5% discount for using Auto-ship. If you would prefer to have us setup your account, call us and we'll send you a welcome email.
